Pengkid

“Saya bercinta lapan tahun, berkahwin lapan tahun. Tiga tahun lepas bercerai officially. Isteri saya di ciluk dek pengkid. Pengkid tu assistant bekas bini saya di ofis. Sekarang dia orang tinggal bersama dengan dua anak lelaki saya. Selalu teringat, macamana la pengkid tu nak bawa anak saya pergi sembahyang jumaat?,” antara keluhan penonton menghubungi saya melalui SMS, Man.

Tambahnya lagi ..

“Bekas bini saya tu pakai tudung, sembahyang tak tinggal bang. Dia bukan jenis keluar rumah tak tentu arah. Pengkid ‘boyfriend’ dia tu muda daripada dia dua tahun”

Pengkid cukup dikenali di negara kita. Sekilas pandang ..

“Pengkid la tu,” antara komen majoriti kita.

Begitu mudah mengenali mereka.

Komen Prof. Dr Fadzil Che Din, Pengarah Institut Sosial Malaysia sewaktu saya hubungi ..

Tetapi bagaimana pula golongan pengkid? Perempuan berpakaian lelaki bebas ke mana sahaja tanpa kekangan akbat ketiadaan provision of law.

sedangkan banyak lagi isu pendatang, rasuah, cetak rompak, liwat, sumpah dan lain-lain pun masih terkebil-kebil nak diselesaikan. inikan pulak nak ditambah undang-undang pasal golongan gay & pengkid.

saya bukan tidak menyokong tapi berfikir sebelum buat.

  3. Tahun ni je dah berapa banyak cover story pasal pengkid? Tak cukup dengan segala brand surat khabar yang memutar belit cerita pengkid, Ar-Ti-M, rancangan no-nah and now 360 pulak. Why the sudden interest about this "kaum"? Have you all ran out of idea to 'kupas isu lebih menarik' untuk tontonan umum? Please la. Don't make something that is 'abnormal' for you into somewhat 'worst social problem' in Malaysia. Aku bet la, nanti korang mesti interview budak2 pengkid jalanan yang sanggup dedahkan "rahsia pengkid" for whatever reason God knows untuk sekali lagi memburukkan nama pengkid. Tak cukup lagi, korang edit content and every statement pengkid tuh to make it more hideous. Why don't you interview pengkid2 yang berjaya kat Malaysia ni who actually helped in our country's economic growth? Of course la impossible kan? sebab korang hanya tahu nak memburukkan 'kaum' ni je. Buatlah liputan berlipat belit 7 hari seminggu pun, golongan pengkid akan tetap ada kat Malaysia nih whether you like it or not.

  4. 'Sick of it', FYI, 360 bukan terlalu kepingin berhasrat membongkar cerita pengkid tapi ramai orang mendakwa that they are 'sick of it', sick of pengkid. Pada masa sama golongan pengkid sendiri ingin berkongsi kisah kehidupan mereka. WHY? I really don't know. Most probably, they are getting 'sick of it' too. 36o hanya pencerita kepada bahan diceritakan, TIDAK arif bercerita if orang tak bagi tahu ..

  6. Mr.Mazidul, the message is very clear that you want these Pengkid to retain from their immoral lifestyle and activities.Understand one thing, are you separating the differences between lesbian and pengkid? Are you clear about the term 'Pengkid'? Among these pengkids there are Femmes,Butches and Andros.
Do you know that there are pengkids who are bisexual or even straight, yet they dress up as men. Why? You should look upon various factors, some of these people are born to be masculine although they are women, based on hormonal factors. Some of pengkids are just confused. They are lesbians but they don't know how to atrract women or just be comfortable in their own skin. For lesbians,(who doesn't bother wearing 'bengkung' or baggy clothing)some of them carry their orientation since childhood.
Yes,lesbianism is against Allah rules. We all know that it's wrong, but for them the only source of happiness are their friends or PLU(people like us)a.k.a Gays,Bisexuals, and Lesbians. It is not about sex or how their parents raised them, but this 'problem' came from within.
Would you try look above the immoral factors and find those who help contribute to the country's development. Some of my pengkid friends are doing well in their careers and family life.Recently i have experienced a family dinner with a pengkid and her family. They accept her for who she is,and she help her family around with household chores and even cooks. I admit that they are many fakers around trying to be who they're not.Aren't we all? Just give these people a break, try to accept them and give them a chance to change.Labels are a cruel way to hurt people. They are human like us too, regardless their sex, race and orientation. If you are born a female and blessed with a life like us,you would understand.
Instead judging them and trying to cope with this 'problem' by law,why don't you straight people come and sit with us so we can have a little chat at Steven.

  7. Our society finds it easy to punish than educating those who they believe are sinful n become da main threats to the community...blind judgements are drawn and passed on without trying to understand the roots of the problem...its undeniable that these gays and pengkids have gone against the norms of human beings but before punishing them, we should try to approach these people and try to dig the causes that lead to this problem....thats the prominent role that the mass media should have played instead of sensationalising the stories to get a high rating....by condemning them and mockering them around....we actually are making things worse...it wun help to bring back these people to turn over a new leaf...its sad but true that our media cares more for its rating rather than educating the people...with such provoking and sensational stories..it will cultivate a mindset and misconception among our society that all these gays and pengkids are bad, that all of them are beasts ...that they are all dirty and pitiful..that they are the roots of evils in this world...and sometimes our intention might be good...but the approach used might be wrong....i believe that these people should be heard so that we can find better cure to eradicate this problem and the samples of your subjects should vary as i notice that most of the gays and pengkids interviewed came only from one category which i believe only represents a small portion of the entire plu community as there are a lot more who should come in the limelight as well...sometimes we as straight people are too much engrossed with the idea that coz we are straight..and these people are not...thus, we tend to carry this i am hollier than thou mentality...Indeed, it is our obligation to help our muslim brothers and sisters, but it is never an entrance ticket for us to take advantage on their stories ( which i believe do not represent the entire plu community or could be faked by the respective individuals)...psssing on acid remarks and saying those nasty words on them...although they are homosexuals, we should never treat or see them less than humans...lets pray hard that someday they will turn over a new leaf one day and in the same time we should try to find gentle ways to approach them and in the end...bring them back to the right path..i think most of them realise that kind of r/ship will lead to nowhere...
